Full Job Description
Case managers are the primary points of contact for our tax resolution clients. They work together with our Tax Professionals to keep clients informed and up to date with their case. Case Managers provide Tax Professionals with all the necessary information needed so they can determine the best resolution for the client. Case Managers are like paralegals that act as a liaison, collecting documents, conducting analyses on cases, and keeping communication flowing.
Responsibilities:
- Collecting and quality checking documents
- Communication with clients
- Managing large client base
- Monitoring client deadlines, requirements, and compliance
- Conducting analyses on accounts to help determine strategy
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of customer service and/or legal administration experience
- 2+ years of Microsoft Office & CRM experience
- Outstanding organization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
