Full Job Description

Full-time sales positions are one of the most lucrative positions at the Tax Hardship Center. You’ll convert qualified leads into new clients and help drive and expand our business. Sales reps need to be self driven, high-energy professionals that have a passion and interest in sales. 

Responsibilities:
  • Track sales cycle progress on a monthly and quarterly basis 
  • Close qualified leads and ensure client needs are met 
  • Keep in touch with clients via phone and email 
  • Follow up with prospects via email and phone 
  • Speak with prospects and clearly explain our services and fees
Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • 1 + years of sales experience 
  • Understand sales principles 
  • Familiarity with CRM software 
  • High school diploma or GED required 
  • MS Office experience
